If we had only known that this movie was a failed prequel to what had been intended to be the failed sequel Ghosts of Mars perhaps we would have spent our time more wisely. Snake plays basketball, surfs, para-glides and is terrible in any number of other ways while attempting to save the world only to completely destroy it by the end? Whatever.
